Ballot bins are a good way to encourage smokers to bin their cigarette butts in a responsible manner. Ballot bins pose a question, which smokers can then answer by placing their cigarette butts in the right column of the bin. Write to your local council and ask them to consider installing ballot bins in cigarette butt hotspots.
